Customer Service Representative (Plumbing & HVAC)

We’re looking for a friendly, quick-thinking Customer Service Representative who loves helping people and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you enjoy great conversations, problem-solving, and making someone’s day better, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, or web requests
- Schedule plumbing and HVAC service appointments with accuracy and care
- Occasionally assist our dispatch team to keep the schedule on track
- Provide exceptional customer support before, during, and after service
- Enter and maintain customer information in our CRM (ServiceTitan)
- Help with follow-ups, membership reminders, and general office support
- Communicate with both customers and our field team to ensure a smooth workflow
What You Bring:
- Customer service experience (home services or call center experience is a big plus)
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar platforms is helpful but not required
- Strong communication skills and a helpful, positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Team-player energy and a willingness to learn
