Tom Schaefer heating and plumbing does fantastic work, they were reasonably priced, came out within hours and left the room very clean that they worked in. I have used them for hot water tanks, plumbing and furnaces and I wouldn't trust anyone else !
Arrived on time. Professional manner. Cleaned up after work. Had outside faucet replaced and 2 inside faucets replaced took about 45 minutes. Will use for future plumbing needs.
We have been using Tom Schaefer Plumbing for years. They first earned our business in dealing with a small shower leak. A different plumbing company had come out and tried to sell a full bath renovation for several thousand dollars or fixing the leak for $500. We called Tom Schaefer out and they fixed the leak quickly for a small fraction of the cost. They have been our go-to plumbing team since, handling various jobs.
The most recent project was repiping the above-ground drain stacks for the entire house. While removing pipes, they were very careful not to damage anything that would've led to breaking up the basement floor. They also needed fewer wall access points then expected, saving on drywall repair and painting afterwards. The team was friendly and respectful, and the project finished under budget. We continue to be happy with their service and Tom Schaefer will be the first call for any plumbing needs.

Tom Schaeffer plumbing was recently at my house to do some plumbing work. The technicians were fantastic. They found the problem right away and both of the plumbers work together and finally a repair the problem right away. We have other work to be done in our home and will certainly use Tom Schaffer plumbing to do that work. We are very satisfied with the work that Tom Schafer plumbing is already provided to us and look forward to using Tom Schaffer's company again to do our plumbing work. Great, quick, and friendly service
I have managed single family and apartment homes for over 40 years... I started using Tom Schaeffer plumbing for that entire time. They were the best then and they are the best now!! Their professionalism and their decades of knowledge in plumbing is phenomenal.. Tom has groomed his heirs to carry own the legacy of good customer service at a good price and for that I give them a 5 STAR !!!!
