I dont usually do reviews unless a company truly warrants being reviewed. With that being said Ill try to keep this brief and to the point. Yesterday I had assorted plumbing issues in my home and I didnt hesitate to call Tom Schaefer Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. The technician **** and his Apprentice helper called and arrived early to get things under control. They were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and went way up and beyond to correct all my issues and also installed a new toilet in the Master bath which is terrific. There are not enough glowing words to describe the excellent customer service that they provided at a reasonable charge. When they were finished correcting the plumbing issues they left my home absolutely spotless without even a hint of dirt considering all the work that was performed. Tom Schaefer Plumbing is truly a professional and knowledgeable company with courteous technicians that perform top notch service. Dont hesitate to call them for all your Plumbing, Heating and Cooling needs, you can thank me later.
Andy was polite and got right to work on our leaking kitchen faucet. Really appreciate that they sent someone out so quickly since I couldn't use my kitchen sink until it was fixed. Great service and will definitely use them again!
My dad told me a long time ago, "if you only think you can fix it, you probably can't. Call a PRO!" Not using his advice has cost alot of money and a few headaches.
Over the last few years I've needed their expertise a few times.
It's always the same. We call them. We go over the issue. They schedule an appointment. Response time is pretty quick. When the techs show up they look at what they're confronted with and go over with us what the repair will take to complete. Also, they're pretty close with their estimates. Finally, and this is important, we've never had to call them back to redo the work they've already done for us!

Tom Schaefer heating and plumbing does fantastic work, they were reasonably priced, came out within hours and left the room very clean that they worked in. I have used them for hot water tanks, plumbing and furnaces and I wouldn't trust anyone else !
I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night - we needed to have our line snaked ASAP. I called at 6:30pm, and by 8:30pm we were back to normal. Marcus was extremely knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Grateful for the team at Tom Schaefer Plumbing! Thank you!
