Outstanding and trustworthy company. I have used them for all my plumbing and hearing needs for about 8 years in Lake County for both business and residential.They have solved some tricky problems with water line and sewer line breaks for me, as well as furnace and sump pump installation and routine furnace and air conditioning maintenance.Their prices are also reasonable. The office staff is very friendly, too. I highly recommend Tom Schaefer Plumbing and Heating.
Outstanding company and service for both plumbing and heating. I have used them for about 8 years. I had a break in my sewer line in my basement. They provided me the correct diagnosis which 2 previous plumbing companies could not. I was completely satisfied with their work. Since that time they installed a furnace and sump pump for me, took care of a tricky break in a water line, and take care of all of my heating and plumbing needs at both my home and business. I give them a 10 out of 10 rating.
I've used Schaefer's for over 25 years, in both my professional and private life. It is a well run, family owned business with knowledgeable and conscientious technicians.
They gave me a price that was competitive or better with competition and without the "you also need…" nonsense. Everyone was a professional & efficient rather than being a professional salesperson.

Outstanding! Solid guys came out and were determined to find the problem. At the end of the day it was a bathtub anomoly causing the leak, but it was found! Would recommend!
