Prompt on time arrival. The guys did an excellent job installing 2 Koehler sink faucets. They were polite, worked quickly and left a clean site. The price was right for the quality of work and scope of the job. I would highly recommend them.
We had them come out for a routine tankless water heater flush. All went well. We now also have them coming out to service out sump. I would recommend them to anyone and have.
Tom Schaefer plumbing is an excellent plumbing source. Starting with Brook and Grace who managed beautifully our multiple appointments to Ben and James who were extraordinary technicians who managed multiple plumbing issues. They were terrific, kind and knowledgeable employees. We are the lucky ones to have them so efficiently solve all of our plumbing problems.Thank you!!
I'm sure most plumbers can fix a leak. But these guys get 5 stars for the service beyond that. Trying to schedule a shut off with the Cleveland Water Company is an absolute nightmare. I scheduled mine a day in advance. The next day the plumbers arrived on time and waited with me for 2 hours until the water company finally told me that they basically wouldn't be coming. TSP worked with me and 2 weeks later when I was finally able to get the water shut off they fit me in the next day. I appreciate their patience and understanding, they knew it was the water company being difficult and they did their best to help. I'd recommend them for sure. Thanks again!
