Brandon was very nice, went right to the job. He explained what he was doing and had to go to the supply place to get a part to fix the bathroom sink. Respectful and pleasant. Reasonable cost. If I need a plumber again, I will definitely call Tom Schaefer.

My furnace installation was recently completed, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. As a long-time customer, I've always appreciated the professionalism and quality of service this company provides, and this visit was no exception.
Technicians Cody Pace and Tyrone J. arrived promptly, were courteous, and immediately set to work. They took the time to explain the installation process in detail. Throughout the job, they demonstrated exceptional attention to detail. They maintained a clean, organized workspace. It was clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction.
After installation, Cody and Tyrone made sure the new furnace was running efficiently and walked me through the operation of the system, including maintenance tips. They also patiently answered all my questions, which gave me great confidence in both the equipment and the installation.
Overall, the experience reaffirmed why I continue to choose Anderson Heating & Cooling for my home comfort needs. Update: After talking with Grace from Tom Schaefer, I am much more satisfied. She sent a new crew out that ran a camera and did their best to determine the cause of our issues. I appreciate her willingness to reach out and when Chuck came out to run a camera, he was very informative and helpful. He also followed up a couple days later to see how things are. I would hire again.
I will never use them again. I had them out and asked for them to run a camera in the line since soap would come up out of the drain when doing laundry but never water. Our upstairs toilets also pull water from each other when flushed. Instead they snaked the floor drain because they thought that was needed. Charged me $377. It didn't help. Then told me they need to run a camera and told me it is $100 for the camera, $165 an hour for the plumber and $125 for the second plumber since they usually have 2 plumbers for the camera. They are not getting another $400 from me. I'm looking for someone else.
Have used Schaefers for many years and am always happy with the service. From the minute they walk in the door until the minute they walk out - always professional.
Very fast and professional. Reasonable as well. I have an old furnace and they were able to fix it very quickly.
Very happy with their work. Would not hesitate to have them do work for us again. Also would definitely recommend them to family and friends that need any work done around their home. Two young brothers ****and ****were very courteous and efficient.
