Do not hesitate to contact *** Schaefer for any plumbing needs. We first had a plumbing leak in our basement and scheduled to have repair by them and the same evening our hot water tank went out. And this was two days before Christmas Day. Office staff assured us it would be repaired that day. That put my mind at ease! Office and technician kept us informed when they would be arriving. The technician said he could put a new part in the tank which would hold us over awhile but our tank was old and we knew it would have to be replaced soon. So I said if you can do it today please lets get a new one. So yes leak repaired and nice new hot water tank installed. I was so happy and relieved. Technicians were great. Worked hard and got the job done I Would recommend Tom Schaefer Plumbing to everyone!
Joey and Ryan did a great job clearing the clogged drain and correctly rebuilding the plumbing. They were polite and professional.
I called this company to get 2nd estimate after another **** company told me I needed extensive repairs on my boiler. *** gave me a much simpler plan and explained why I didn't need as much work as the original company told me. I really appreciate he didn't try to make it a bigger project than it needed to be.
