I have used Tom Schaefer Plumbing over the years and they always deliver great service. Several months ago my daughter needed a new hot water tank. She call other companies they did not respond. I told her to call *** Schaefer and they were there and resolved her issue.
Tom Schaefer Plumbing installed a whole home humidifier onto my furnace. I had trouble with the first installation, but they worked tirelessly to resolve my issue and make things right! I'm very happy with how things turned out.

I had my furnace fail on a very cold Friday night, and after learning my original installer didn't offer 24/7 service, I called around for emergency help to numerous companies. Tom Schaefer Plumbing and Heating was the first to respond, which I really appreciated given how quickly my home temperature was dropping. Most other companies never even responded back.
The issue took a few attempts over a period of several weeks to fully diagnose (loose wire in furnace, thermostat, then ultimately a circuit board replacement), as it would start working, then stop again, but they did stay with it and eventually fixed the problem. I did have some concerns about being charged after multiple visits without a resolution, but the owner got involved directly and worked with me to reach a fair compromise, which I respected.
Overall, while the process took longer than expected, the team was responsive, courteous and professional throughout, and I appreciated their willingness to make things right in the end. I would use this service again.
The employees were respectful and pleasant. They were able to troubleshoot an ongoing problem and corrected the issue.

I had a drainage problem and Tom Schaefer Plumbing was able to be at my house within 2 hours and had my drain cleared within 1 1/2 hours. The clean out is in a very difficult spot to get at but they were able to get to it and get it cleared! I have seen ads for less expensive drain cleaning but I have heard good things about Tom Schaefer Plumbing and they are a local company and had my problem solved within 4 hours from when I called, thank you for the quick response and service!
