I've been using Tom Shaefer Plumbing for years at my home and my work. Most recently, we contracted them at my company in Highland Hts. to repair a collapsed sewer line. I also hired the HVAC branch of the company to replace 3 heat exchangers in rooftop HVAC units. Definitely a full service company!! Their prices and service are always the best! Keep up the good work.
Very good company I called in they were at my house within 2 hours . Service was good and had my furnace serviced and working in no time.

The repair guys arrived on schedule and quickly unloaded the materials to do the job. They answered all my questions before, during and after the job was finished.
I have a steam boiler and after calling four different heating and cooling companies and nobody had a technician that could help me. I called Tom Schaefer and not only did they call me back when they said they were but they showed up earlier than expected and fixed the boiler. I called Tom Schaefer because they were recommended by a friend. Our furnace went out and with the extremely low temperature it made us very nervous. From the first contact I was impressed and knew I had made the right call. They made it out sooner than we expected and were able to properly diagnose the issue and fix the furnace on the spot. I was so impressed by their ability to exceed my expectations. They will always be my go to for HVAC and plumbing for now on! Thanks for the amazing service!!!

The experience from start to finish was great. The appointment was scheduled for the next day. I was called when the tech was on the way. The tech was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful of my house. He answered all of my questions and explained patiently. I would not hesitate to use them again.
I have used this company for years, never had issues great service and all the guys are great.
