Whenever I need service at my home for plumbing, heating or air conditioning, I always call on Tom Schaefer. They are extremely reliable, affordable and simply great people to work with. I have been thoroughly satisfied with their work. The service personnel are friendly, knowledgeable and careful when working inside the home. I appreciate that level of respect, which is something that differentiates Tom Schaefer from other service companies.
Recently, Northeast Ohio Natural Gas had an issue with their gas quality, creating numerous false alarms of gas leaks. They locked off my gas supply without reason. I called Tom Schaefer, and they immediately dispatched a technician to prove that there was no gas leak within my home. Northeast Ohio Natural Gas dispatched another service person who validated their work and then restored my gas service. Going without heat, water and cooking, especially in the winter is not an option so I am very grateful to Tom Shaefer for providing immediate service to help me get restored.
I called for plumbing services related to a gas leak and the level of professionalism and service was simply amazing. They were able to squeeze us in the same day as I called, the technician was extremely polite and explained everything in very lame terms so I could understand what he was doing. He even helped walk me through what I needed to do next with the gas company after the repair was made so we could get everything back up and running again. I'm very thankful for their excellent service and how quickly they were able to respond and resolve the issue.
Great company! I called them to snake my pipes. They were here within an hour. The young men that came were very polite and professional! Would highly recommend them!!

This company has many years of experience and it's obvious when they show up. Their customer service is second to none. I own a restaurant so when I need someone I need them fast. They have never let me down. I use them for both plumbing and hvac.
Very thorough job and took the time to get to the bottom of the issue I was having with my furnace.
Furnace went out with a little one at home. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. They quickly got someone out and resolved the issue and provided solutions for the future. Excellent service and well worth the value. I would highly recommend their work.
Great customer service. I had an issue with my hot water tank, and they sent someone right out to fix it. Technician very knowledgeable and friendly.
