I've used Tom Schaefer Plumbing, Heating & Cooling at two separate properties now in the Cleveland area, and both times, I received unsolicited, VERY POSITIVE, feedback from the property managers regarding their experience in working with the company. Their pricing was where I would expect (not the highest, not the lowest) and worth every penny. It's nice when plumbing and HVAC problems get resolved by a vendor...it's especially nice when the on-site team gives unsolicited praise for connecting them with a top-notch professional. This company is great! They came out to my parent house at 10:30pm the night before Easter. They had an emergency plumbing situation. The two gentlemen were very professional and friendly. They kept us in the loop about the issues and the process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbers that showcase good customer care as well.
