Recently had Tom Schaefer Plumbing out to one of my rental homes for an issue with our main kitchen sink and a small prep sink in the kitchen as well. They were easy to get scheduled, showed up on time, were very professional and I use them on all of my rentals in the ******, **** area. I was even able to schedule this work over the weekend from their website, using their Chat function that actually had a live person on the other end.
Tom Schaefer's company has been wonderful to work with and are so very responsive and thorough. I use them on all of my houses in the Lake county area. I highly recommend their work in the plumbing and HVAC areas.
Basement drain blockage was cleared, used a camera, very professional and fair. Brandon was a very nice young man who did his best to give me a fair price and great service. Blockage was cleared fully, and I have confidence in their company. They were also clean and no debris was left behind. Courteous and professional. Thanks!
