Cory did a great job troubleshooting a problem he found when serving my furnace. He called on a colleague, and between the two of them they figured out the issue. The appointment was easy to schedule, they called ahead, and they were on time. I would highly recommend Tom Schaefer!
Winter furnace tune up
Replaced inducer assembly on furnace. Corey found problem, bought part and replace within hours.
Tom Schaefer is an excellent company! I have used them for years and have always been completely satisfied with their work. This fall they offered a $55 furnace clean & check special (if you call before October 1st) and I was delighted. I love the price and was happy that they arrived on time and did a perfect job. It will be good to have peace of mind when winter storms howl.
I called around 3p and the plumber agreed to come right away so I wasn't paying overtime. He arrived as promised and repaired my basement toilet which had broken and spraying water. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I feel with parts and time the cost was fair. I would call them again. I have a plumber!!!!

Tom Schaefer plumbing is an excellent plumbing source. Starting with Brook and Grace who managed beautifully our multiple appointments to Ben and James who were extraordinary technicians who managed multiple plumbing issues. They were terrific, kind and knowledgeable employees. We are the lucky ones to have them so efficiently solve all of our plumbing problems.Thank you!!?? We also had another toilet go on the Frits this week and always Tom Schaefer Plumbing came to the .rescue. Blake and Brandon came right away and fixed the problem beautifully. Both Blake and Brandon were excellent in every way.They were lovely to have in our home. They were extremely efficient and knowledgeable.
