This company has many years of experience and it's obvious when they show up. Their customer service is second to none. I own a restaurant so when I need someone I need them fast. They have never let me down. I use them for both plumbing and hvac.
Very thorough job and took the time to get to the bottom of the issue I was having with my furnace.
Furnace went out with a little one at home. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. They quickly got someone out and resolved the issue and provided solutions for the future. Excellent service and well worth the value. I would highly recommend their work.

I had a severely leaking radiator that needed immediate attention. I called Tom Schaefer Plumbing in the later afternoon to make a to make an appointment for service. They came the very next morning at 8:30am. They diagnosed the problem, went and got the parts, and repaired the leaking radiator on the spot. I also had the technician look at two other radiators that needed attention.Within an hour everything was completely repaired and working perfectly!

He also diagnosed the problem immediately and explained it to me and easy to understand terms. The service was speedy and the price was reasonable.If I could give them 10 stars I would!
