As a "Director" at a large property management company with properties across 25+ states, I'm always on the lookout for vendors that I can trust to make my problems go away. I've used Tom Schaefer Plumbing, Heating & Cooling at two separate properties now in the Cleveland area, and both times, I received unsolicited, VERY POSITIVE, feedback from the property managers regarding their experience in working with the company. Their pricing was where I would expect (not the highest, not the lowest) and worth every penny. It's nice when plumbing and HVAC problems get resolved by a vendor...it's especially nice when the on-site team gives unsolicited praise for connecting them with a top-notch professional. This company is great! They came out to my parent house at 10:30pm the night before Easter. They had an emergency plumbing situation. The two gentlemen were very professional and friendly. They kept us in the loop about the issues and the process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbers that showcase good customer care as well.

I called TSP on a recommendation and I was not disappointed, They were able to come out the next day and make the repair. I had to replace my faucet and they went to the supply ouse and made sure they got exactly what I wanted. The entire job was completed within 2 hours. They were knowledgeable and friendly and cleaned up at the end of the job.
