Brandon was very nice, went right to the job. He explained what he was doing and had to go to the supply place to get a part to fix the bathroom sink. Respectful and pleasant. Reasonable cost. If I need a plumber again, I will definitely call Tom Schaefer.

Throughout the job, they demonstrated exceptional attention to detail. They maintained a clean, organized workspace. It was clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction.
After installation, Cody and Tyrone made sure the new furnace was running efficiently and walked me through the operation of the system, including maintenance tips. They also patiently answered all my questions, which gave me great confidence in both the equipment and the installation.
