Update: After talking with Grace from Tom Schaefer, I am much more satisfied. She sent a new crew out that ran a camera and did their best to determine the cause of our issues. I appreciate her willingness to reach out and when Chuck came out to run a camera, he was very informative and helpful. He also followed up a couple days later to see how things are. I would hire again.
I will never use them again. I had them out and asked for them to run a camera in the line since soap would come up out of the drain when doing laundry but never water. Our upstairs toilets also pull water from each other when flushed. Instead they snaked the floor drain because they thought that was needed. Charged me $377. It didn't help. Then told me they need to run a camera and told me it is $100 for the camera, $165 an hour for the plumber and $125 for the second plumber since they usually have 2 plumbers for the camera. They are not getting another $400 from me. I'm looking for someone else.

Someone asked on Facebook for a plumber recommendation, and I realized I never posted my review which is unfair because of how amazing the service was, so I'm posting what I wrote to that person:
Tom Schaefer Plumbing has my business for life. My condo had several other plumbers out multiple times for hours on end and couldn't find or fix the problem. When Schaefer came out they were there less than 5 minutes before they diagnosed the cause of the leak and had it fixed before they left. To me when it comes to leaks and potential catastrophic damage, there is no single other factor that matters but the knowledge and skills of the plumbers. Like I said, I'm in a condo, so I don't know the cost, but whatever it was, it was 100% worth it.
Answerd all my questions and informed me about the products used. Cleaned work area and tested the work performed. Great Job and fair price!!! We now have natural gas for our whole house generator!
Techs were great. Got to my home before 4:30pm and charged my regular rates, not OT rates. Had issue fixed in 15 mins. Thank you both.
I had my steam boiler serviced for winter. It was easy to schedule and the technician did a great job fast and clean. I highly recommend them to work at your home.
Tom Schaefer Plumbing always tries to provide service as quickly as possible. I have used them for a variety of issues over the years. The employees have always been pleasant and considerate. The work done is very good and will make sure you are satisfied. Also, management works with you when necessary. This is a stand up company from top to bottom. The latest work I had done was getting my combo boiler for an annual checkup. Also, toilets and faucets in the past.
Repairmen were on time, polite & very helpful. Fixed my problem in about 30 minutes and had A/C running great
