I had a severely leaking radiator that needed immediate attention. I called Tom Schaefer Plumbing in the later afternoon to make a to make an appointment for service. They came the very next morning at 8:30am. They diagnosed the problem, went and got the parts, and repaired the leaking radiator on the spot. I also had the technician look at two other radiators that needed attention.Within an hour everything was completely repaired and working perfectly!
I am extremely satisfied with the service I got from Tom Schaeffer Plumbing. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous. He also diagnosed the problem immediately and explained it to me and easy to understand terms. The service was speedy and the price was reasonable.If I could give them 10 stars I would!
